Arik Czerniak is a Talpiot graduate, former IAF fighter pilot, angel investor, and experienced entrepreneur. He founded Metacafe in 2003 and served as its CEO, raising $50M from Benchmark and Accel. In 2008, Arik co-founded Supersonic, a mobile ad network, which was sold to ironSource in 2015.

Arik holds a Bs.c in Mathematics, Physics, Computer science, and Business Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also plays electric guitar, paints, and writes books.

Ophir Shoham

Ophir is a Talpiot graduate. He served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for 36 years before retiring as a Rear Admiral. He has been managing Marius Nacht’s high-tech investments since 2018.

During his diverse career in defense, he held various technological, operational, and staff positions, including Commanding Officer of a Missile Corvette, Head of the Planning Division in the IDF General Staff, Head of the C4IT/LOTEM Division, and served as Director of Defense Research and Development Directorate of the IMOD/IDF (MAFAT) from 2010-2016.

Ophir holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in physics and mathematics and an M.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) in applied physics, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is an avid long-distance runner and holds a black belt in Judo.

An Israeli venture capital leader with 20 years of experience, Arad has served as a partner at Benchmark Capital, 2001-2015, and at Square Peg Capital, 2016-2019. His notable investments include: Oplus Technologies (acquired by Intel); Finjan Security (Nasdaq:FNJN); Sentrigo (acquired by McAfee); Broadlight (acquired by Broadcom); Cotendo (acquired by Akamai); Panaya (acquired by Infosys) Wilocity (acquired by Qualcomm); Supersonic (acquired by IronSource); and Fiverr (NYSE:FVRR).

Before venture capital, Arad was a tech entrepreneur and founding CEO of Class Data Systems, which was sold to Cisco in 1998. He subsequently led Cisco’s corporate development activities in Israel, leading acquisitions and minority investments in Israeli tech companies. Arad started his career as a research engineer in the Israeli MOD Research Labs.

Arad holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude, In Computer and Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gurion university of the Negev. He loves to trek and mountain bike.

Dalit has vast executive experience leading public and private companies. Dalit contributes using a wide array of skills developed through her experience with early-stage companies, Venture Capital entities, Capital markets and financial organizations.

Prior to joining Axon, Dalit was the Deputy CEO of Ratio Oil Exploration (1992) Limited Partnership, a leading Oil & Gas corporation. During her tenure she played a key role in the development of the Leviathan Gas field.

Dalit also held ProSeed Venture Capital Fund Ltd (TLV:PRSD) CFO position managing all financial aspects of fund’s investments as well as serving as the CFO of Shamir Optical Industry Ltd Israeli subsidiaries.

Dalit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Ruppin Academic Center and a M.A in law (L.L.M) for accountants from Bar-Ilan University and she is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
